Award winners: Constance Clark ( left) and Christine Neumann-Ortiz (right) at the Public Market in Milwaukee. Constance is the founding director of the African American Children’s Theatre in Milwaukee. She received the Jack Rosenberg Award for lifetime commitment to social justice.
